Grupo Geyseco has developed the Global Congress Online Management System, a powerful tool specially designed to give high performance and quality of the management of the scientific meetings, and which facilitates and improves all the procedures, not only for the attendees but also for the committees (evaluation of papers, the sharing of internal documents, etc.)
Attendees
Once registered at the event website, with their user name and password they can access a personal panel to register, check their registration status, book their hotel, consult and print out their registration confirmation, change their contact data, keep track of the status of their papers, (under evaluation, accepted, rejected).
Committee
With a user name and a specific password, committee and Board members can evaluate the papers submitted, download them in pdf format, propose award candidates, share internal documents (minutes, planning …).
