CANCELATION
REGISTRATION CANCELATION POLICIESRefund of registration fees -30% administrative charge will be granted if the cancellation is notified in written to GRUPO GEYSECO S.L. before 1st April, 2016. Afterwards, the payment can NOT be refund due to cancellation. All refunds will be paid after the congress.
HOTEL BOOKING CANCELATION POLICIES
Any hotel bookings’ modifications or cancellations must be notified in written to the organizing secretariat prior to 1st April, 2016. 30% administrative charge will be applied to any modifications or cancellations. After this date, no modification is possible and no refund due to cancellation can be paid. All refunds will be done after the congress. Hotel booking will not be accepted without corresponding payment.
